The Accounting Management fee depends on the actual volume of information and operational complexity. These are some of the factors we usually take into account:

- Number of bank transactions
- Number of bank accounts

- Number of employees and payrolls
- Volume of receipts and minor expenses
- Level of document organisation
- Intra-EU transactions
- Imports or exports
- Loans, leasing, renting or credit lines
- Cost centres
- Projects, works or business lines
- Stock, warehouse or purchasing
- More detailed monthly closings
- Additional follow-up needs
- Set-up, organisation or migration in Holded or other software
